The video streaming on the app is not continuous

To enjoy continuous streaming, please ensure that your mobile device is connected on the same WiFi network that the camera is paired with.

For security reasons we have limited the remote streaming time to 5 minutes.

Please ensure that you have the latest App version
- iOS       1.0.35(93)
- Android 1.0.28(79)

 

If the above does not resolve the issue please submit an app log so that we can review the issue and advise on the best resolution.
