Two reasons you can't send an app log:
- The email is not set up properly via the iPhone Settings
- The existing account does not support “Mail”
Troubleshooting Steps
Follow the steps below to set your email
- Go to iPhone Settings
- Navigate to “Passwords & Account”
- If there is an iCloud account, click on that iCloud account > iCloud > Tap on the toggle to turn Green to Enable the Mail
