The eBuyNow eCommerce Ltd (KODAK Smart Home Licensee) return policy gives buyers the right to return purchases provided that they meet the following requirements:
- The buyer must have ordered the product(s) from the website (www.kodaksmarthome.com) or other authorized outlets not more than 30 days from the day of return.
- The item(s) MUST be returned exactly how it was received at the initial purchase. The buyer must also repackage it into the original retail box. It must also contain all the accompanying accessories, including the instruction manual, cables, and all other items included with the initial purchase product.
- The returned item(s) must be in perfect condition and free from any physical damage.
- The buyer must attach proof of purchase or receipt and a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) to the boxed item.

Effective from October 1, 2018, all responsible parties are required to understand and enforce this policy's requirements at all times. Any breach or questionable practice must be reported within 24-hours, or the responsible party will be held accountable.
Before returning a product, the buyer MUST ensure that the item is free from physical damage and has the complete accessories as prescribed in the "Return Policy" section.
After packing the item, the buyer is expected to contact the KODAK Smart Home customer support team to declare an intention to return the product. The company will then send an email containing a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and our warehouse address. The buyer can then send the item(s) to the warehouse for restocking or refurbishing.
Refund Policy
eBuyNow eCommerce Ltd. shall offer a refund to buyers whose products get cleared for a return. As soon as the item(s) reaches the eBuyNow returns center, it will be inspected and processed. Once it is cleared for return, the buyer will be eligible to receive a refund within 5 working days.
eBuyNow will make the payment through the original channel used when making the initial purchase. For example, if you paid with a credit card, it will be refunded to that card. Likewise, if you paid with PayPal, the payment will be made to that wallet.
