Return Policy

Returns are allowed within thirty (30) days of your receipt of the product, subject to these Terms of Use. In addition to rights you may have under applicable laws, you may return any product within thirty (30) days from the date you receive it if:

• The product has been ordered from the website (www.kodaksmarthome.com).
• The product is accompanied by all original packaging, manuals, accessories, free items, and other components or parts that accompanied the product when it was delivered; and
• The product is in original, undamaged condition.

Subject to applicable laws, return requests made after the thirty (30) day returns period will not be accepted. Should the product be returned and not meet the requirements mentioned above, the refund will be denied and the product will be returned to the customer at their expense or recycled.

The product(s) must then be packaged as described in the "Refund and Return Policy" section above. Then, it has to be delivered to one of the designated centers or warehouses.

Once a returned product reaches an eBuyNow warehouse, the company reserves the right to cross-examine the item and determine if it is eligible for a refund.

Refund Policy

eBuyNow eCommerce Ltd. shall offer a refund only for products that meet the conditions stated in the "Return Policy" session. The reimbursement shall be made through the channel used for payment at the initial purchase. For example, if you paid with a credit card, it will be refunded to that card. Or, if you paid with PayPal, the payment will be made to that wallet.

The refunds paid will be processed and received by the customer within 5 working days.
