Users experiencing hitches with their devices can easily submit their complaints to the customer support team via the App log. Below is a step-by-step guide on how to share an App log:
- Open the "Kodak Smart Home app" on your device.
- Click on the sidebar and tap on "Help & Support."
- From the list of sub-fields, choose "Report Issue/Feedback."
- Select the more suitable options for the issue you are experiencing and add a short description after explaining the details further.
- Users that were asked to share a camera log should ensure that they tap on "Select camera with the issue." Then, select the camera.
- Click on the icon with the pencil on the top right and select your email application so that you can email the log to us.
