If you need to send us an app log, please follow the steps below.
1 ) Open the "Kodak Smart Home app" on your device. Click on the sidebar (see below) and select Report Issue/Feedback.
2) Then select the options that are more suitable to the issue you are experiencing and add a short description to help us further. If you have been asked to share a camera log please make sure you remember to tap "Select camera with issue" and select the camera.
3) Click on the icon with the pencil on the top right and select your email application so that you can email the log to us.
