- The FAQ section
The FAQ section contains suitable answers to numerous inquiries, complaints, or likely problems you may face while using the KODAK Smart Home products.
Individuals can type their questions (or relevant topics and keywords) into the search bar to access them. A list of related questions will then appear. Customers can now click one of the search results to get answers.
- The Live Chat Widget
With the live chat widget, customers can speak directly with a customer care agent and get instant help. The tool is available from Mondays to Fridays, between 11:00 and 22:00.
- Web Form
This method works with the live chat widget. However, it is only functional when the online chat closes the session for the day (or week). Here, the customers must write their complaints and messages in the web form. Then, KODAK Smart Home will send a reply to their emails within a couple of hours.
