To make the camera online, follow the steps below. The purpose is to keep your cameras online so that our technical team can assist you further.
- Move your camera(s) closer to your WiFi router (within 3 meters)
- Switch it OFF and wait for 30 seconds
- Then turn it ON (ensure that the color of the switch is green)
- Wait for a while to confirm if the cameras are now online.
Let us know if the cameras are back online.
For now, we suggest that you ignore any firmware update prompt notification by pressing the NO option. We also recommend that you use either Direct or Router Network mode (not Auto) depending on your location in the house.
Furthermore, we suggest that you download the KODAK Smart Home app on your device to view and monitor your cameras. This will help you bypass any short-term faults with your parent unit until it’s back up and running.
