Make sure the camera is close to the router for the setup (less than 3ft/1m)
Once the setup is complete you can move the camera to your desired space.
On your WiFi Router Settings, change the WiFi channel to value 11. Save this setting on the WiFi router. Try to set up the camera again with the KODAK Smart Home app.
Please ensure that the WiFi selected is 2.4GHz, as our cameras do not support a 5Ghz connection. Also, double-check that the WiFi password used is correct.
If the issue persists, please follow the steps as illustrated below:
1) Remove the KODAK app (delete the app from your mobile device)
2) Install the KODAK app once again.
3) Now try the pairing process once again to pair the camera with the app.
You will need to set up the camera within a Secured WiFi connection.
