The recovery code will be used to disable the Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) if you lose access to your authenticator app(Microsoft/Google/VIP) and do not receive the codes which are required to login to the Kodak app from unauthorized devices.
The app automatically provides the recovery code when you enable the 2FA for the first time on your app.
Please enter the Recovery Code (the red secret code that the App provides when a user enables 2FA on your old device - around ten characters) onto the "Verification Code.”
In case the recovery code is also lost, please reach out to us so that we can disable the 2FA. Once the 2FA is disabled, you can log in to the Kodak App and enable it once again.
