The camera has an inbuilt system that allows it to restart itself when the WiFi connection is lost for a particular time. The purpose is to reconnect the camera to the WiFi again.
Also, the IR-Cut might make a clicking sound when it restarts. The LED light will also turn on. You can try switching your parent unit to Direct mode to establish a connection.
Alternatively, you can set up the WiFi Router between the camera and the Parent Unit. This activates the WiFi Router Mode (works best when you want to extend the range.)
If the issue persists, move the camera closer to a specific WiFi unit. Then, restart the camera. Afterward, move the parent unit closer to the camera and try the new 'HOME MODE' feature.
The "HOME MODE" feature will allow the camera to connect to the parent unit in offline mode. This means that the camera will be disconnected from the WiFi, and can be viewed on the parent unit uninterruptedly.
To explain more on Home mode:
There will be an option on the Parent Unit to enable the home mode. (Option next to Direct and Router mode). When you select this mode, the mobile app won't have access to the camera. The camera is expected to have smoother streaming on the parent unit as it connects directly with the camera without WiFi interference. However, when you want to view it on the mobile app, then you can use the parent unit to switch to Direct or Router mode.
