To cancel your cloud subscription, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Log in to https://app-eu.kodaksmarthome.com/web/#/user/login

Step 2: Select "Storage Plans" from the top bar

Step 3: Select the red "Cancel" button on your selected plan.

Step 4: Select "Cancel my Subscription" by accepting the message "Do you really want to cancel your subscription?” Your subscription will remain active until "Date".
